Holiday Gift Ideas from the “Tea Stylist”

Timolino’s 17 oz. Travette Tea Maker

“I love the creamy color of this versatile tea pot — like unsalted natural butter of my favorite Fiat color. As you can see from the pic on the right, this thermal teapot comes with a removable nylon infuser which is nice and deep with ample room for leaves to steep. I say removable, because it’s nice to have the option to steep the leaves loose in the pot if desired. It has a non-slip base which is a great advantage if your surface isn’t completely level. It doesn’t seal because it has a pour opening, so while it is fantastic for keeping tea warm while you are away from home, it won’t travel well in your backpack! The Timolino Travette, is also available in metallic red and stainless steel. Available from Thés Joséphines for $36.95 US (free shipping on orders over $60)”

CSUF Grad Orientation

Fall is just around the corner, and with the changing leaves comes the change of pace for all the students in our lives. Whether you’re walking to class, taking a lecture or unwinding in the quad, it’s important to stay hydrated. It’s easy to forget to drink up when your routine’s pace picks up. Having a few sips here and there throughout the day will do wonders for you mentally, physically and emotionally.
Water makes up over 50% of our bodies. Break it down even more and we find that it composes over 80% of our blood, 75% of our brain and more than 20% of our bones. When we become dehydrated, our blood is one of the first of our temple’s factories to take a hit. Blood thickens, becoming more difficult for the heart to pump to vital organs. Thicker blood also carries less oxygen. Oxygen powers your brain. The less O2 we feed our noggins, the more ineffective it becomes. So, no matter how your days change, keep up your water intake and watch your body glow.
Join the us as we welcome the brightest new bulbs of our futures. California State University Fullerton new graduate orientation is Saturday, August 15, 2015 starting at 8:30am. The Timolino booth will include a raffle, prize wheel, free gifts, coupons and just good ‘ol fashioned stainless steel hydration gear with your name on it (not literally with your name on it..but we can definitely make that happen!). Hope to see you there!

Independence Day

The 4th of July is more than a favorite holiday to many. It’s the pinnacle of the summer, time for the annual family vacation or weekend bbq with friends. Watermelon, hotdogs, hamburgers and potato salad. Nothing says summertime r&r like these traditional favorites. You can spend more time enjoying the holiday and less time prepping, cleaning and freshening up your party platters by utilizing your favorite Timolino mug that may be put away in the cupboard until your back-to-work, Monday morning coffee or tea. Our vacuum insulated mugs will keep your beverage icy cold for the entire afternoon. Throw your frosty beverage in your bag with no worry of annoying moisture sweating onto your other belongings. With convenient 34oz., 40oz., and even 50oz. size bottles that include adjustable length carrying straps, you will be good to go for the day. These larger sizes are perfect for stashing frozen, bite-size pieces of fruit or crisp veggies. Dips and dressings that will be left out for the day won’t leak, spoil or attract bugs. All of our containers are electro-polished, 18/8 food-grade steel that is always easy to clean.

Have a memorable and safe 4th of July 2015. Don’t forget to take a selfie, it lasts longer, and tag #Timolino in your holiday adventure!
